Since we don't celebrate Halloween, its great that a church in town throws a God is greater party. God is greater than anything! Here are the costumes our kids picked out. Also my brothers kids came so I took pics of them.

First snow
Wow, summer was like fall and now fall is like winter. Good thing I LOVE winter! But it is sad that the canoeing season with kids has come to a close. oh well.
The girls have started swimming lessons again. This is Ashlynn's first lessons without me. She did great!
First snow! The girls were so excited! We had so much planed for this day, but had to take a break to enjoy it.
There was face painting...

After that we took a lunch break at Mc.Donald's then headed off to a Fall party at Dave's cousins house. We stopped by to pick up my Brother family so they could enjoy the fun. It was suppose to be all outside, but with the cold temps (26*F in the morning) it was moved inside.
The girls loved dressing up in costumes...

September canoeing
Today after I was done at Church we took the kids canoeing and fishing. There was a campsite I wanted to scout out for future canoe trips. We had a great mini trip! I hooked onto a huge fish that ripped out drag and then broke my hook. Anna caught a CLAM on her hook! lol. We found the camp sites we were looking for and they looked great. Then an Eagle landed 10 feet from us!
Ashlynn loves canoeing! Look at me! she says
